Return process
1. After-sales service acceptance conditions
1). Customers who need to return or exchange the goods due to the wrong quantity of the goods received, the model does not match, or the product quality problem, can apply for a return or exchange within two weeks after receiving the goods, and the overdue will not be accepted.
2). Please keep the complete original packaging (including outer packaging and inner filler) and ensure that the goods label is in good condition when returning or exchanging products. The goods label is the only evidence for Shenzhen Jiling Electronics Co., Ltd. If it is lost, it will not be returned.
3). If you apply for a return due to product quality problems, the customer needs to provide a detailed performance test report as the basis for negotiation between Shenzhen Jiling Electronics Co., Ltd. and the distribution brand. If necessary, a third-party test report recognized by both parties is also required.
4). For orders that have been invoiced, the invoice must be returned after the return and exchange application is approved.
2. The after-sales service is not accepted
1). The original packaging of the product and the label of the goods are damaged or missing.
2). Products that have been used/tested on the machine.
3). The delivery time is more than two weeks (subject to the express receipt date).
4). The invoice that has been issued is lost.
5). Mis-ordering and mis-ordering caused by the customer's own reasons.
3. After-sales service processing time
After the user submits the after-sales application, the customer service staff of Shenzhen Jiling Electronics Co., Ltd. will accept and give feedback within two working days.
