JL8022W-B single-button touch dimming chip is an integrated circuit designed to realize human touch, which can replace traditional mechanical light touch buttons, and the touch interface is waterproof and dustproof, freely customizable, beautiful and durable. Using this chip, the touch switch control and brightness adjustment of the light can be realized. The peripheral circuit required by the scheme is simple and easy to operate. By determining the sensitivity and selecting the capacitor, the IC can automatically overcome various interferences caused by ambient temperature, humidity, surface debris, etc., and avoid button differences caused by resistance and capacitance errors.

Mode configuration description

Note: "1" means floating or connecting to VDD, "0" means connecting to GND, in order to ensure the stability of the product, it cannot be left floating except for the NC pin.

Mode details:


No brightness memory, no buffer touch, stepless dimming function

On initial power-up, the light is off.

Short press (touch duration less than 550ms) can realize light switch control. A single short press, the light is on; short press again, the light is off, and so on. There is no brightness buffer when the light is switched on and off, and the initial brightness of the light is 90% brightness.

Long press (touch duration greater than 550ms) can realize stepless brightness adjustment of the light. After the light is turned on for the first time, press and hold once, the light brightness will gradually decrease. When you release the light, the light will stop at the brightness corresponding to the release moment. If the long press time exceeds 3 seconds, the light brightness will reach the minimum brightness (3% brightness). Change; long press again, the light brightness gradually increases, when released, the light brightness stops at the brightness corresponding to the release moment, if the long press time exceeds 3 seconds, the light brightness will not change after reaching the maximum brightness (100% brightness), so cycle. Short press and long press can be used at any time, and the functions are not interfered and restricted by each other.


No brightness memory with buffer touch stepless dimming function

On the basis of the no-brightness memory, unbuffered touch stepless dimming function, when the light is turned on by a short press, the light will slowly and smoothly transition from the lowest brightness to the initial brightness of the light; In order to achieve the visual effect of slow change of brightness, it can protect the eyes and eyesight.


The stepless dimming function with brightness memory and buffer touch is based on the stepless dimming function of no brightness memory and no buffer touch, and the brightness memory function is added. That is, in the case of no power failure, the brightness when the light is turned off by a short press will be memorized, and the brightness will be used as the initial brightness when the light is turned on by a short press next time. In the case of power failure, the first short press to turn on the light after re-powering on, the initial brightness is fixed at 90% brightness.


Three-stage touch dimming function

On initial power-up, the light is off. Short press each time, the brightness of the light changes cyclically according to low brightness (10%) → medium brightness (40%) → high brightness (100%) → off.
